Getting your new fashion pieces to you should feel just as smooth as choosing them. At Derlavo, we focus on clarity and care at every step, from packing your order to delivering it to your doorstep.

We currently ship exclusively within Ireland. All delivery costs are covered by us, so what you see at checkout is exactly what you pay. Each order is carefully prepared and packed before it leaves our location.

Order Preparation
Once your order is placed, it is prepared for dispatch within 1–2 business days.

Delivery Timeframe
After your parcel is shipped, delivery typically takes 3–7 business days.
In most cases, the total delivery time from order to arrival is 4–9 business days.

Daily Order Cut Off
Orders placed before 5:00 PM (GMT+00:00) Greenwich Mean Time (Dublin), Monday through Saturday, are included in the next processing cycle.

Tracking Your Order
As soon as your order is on its way, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information. This allows you to follow your delivery from dispatch to arrival.
