At Derlavo, we want you to feel confident and happy with every purchase. If something isn’t quite right, our return process is simple and straightforward.

You have 60 days from delivery to request a return. To be eligible, items must be unused, in their original condition, and include all original packaging. We do not charge any restocking fees.

Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility. We recommend using a trackable shipping method to ensure your items reach us safely.

If you’d like an exchange instead of a refund, just let us know in your message, and we will do our best to accommodate your request.

Once we receive and inspect your returned items, refunds are processed within 7 business days. Please note that banks or payment providers may take a few additional days to complete the transfer.
